Celebrate Reading

I love to celebrate anything! But, celebrating Dr Suess' birthday is the best. I have read to my children ever since I knew I was pregnant with them. I always hoped that they would all be great readers and they are. They love to read. I have said this before but, I will say it again. My top punishment is taking away a book. We love reading together. Green Eggs and Ham:
This year I made these Cat in the Hat treats. My kids loved them.

My kids love all these silly little traditions no matter how big they get. They had me read "The Cat in the Hat" while they ate their cookies.
